FAQ
How long does it take to receive our photos?
You can expect a sneak peek (preview of 4-6 images) within 24-48 hours. The full gallery will be supplied to you within three to four weeks.
Do you recommend a certain time of day for shoots?
We can make any time of the day work, depending on location.
As a mum I understand that timing can be everything and the challenge of coordinating around naps etc! However, to get that beautiful golden glowing look, the 45-60 minute window around sunrise or sunset is the perfect time.
What if the weather isn't on our side?
It's Melbourne and we all know there can be four seasons in one day, any time of year. Forecasts are only a guide and we do our best to continue with the shoot.
Some of the best shoots have some wind or rain, but if the weather really isn't working for us then the shoot will be rescheduled.
If I have to cancel, will I get a refund?
I understand life is crazy, especially as the world is currently and we always prefer to accommodate another time and date that fits.
If you are cancelling more than 7 days in advance and have paid in full you will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.
How does the process work?
1. Request a shoot
This can be done via the link in my Instagram Bio or through the website.
2. Sign contract and pay deposit
Email confirmation of the shoot will be sent to you. To secure your booking you will need to sign your contact and pay the deposit.
3. Attend shoot
Show up and have fun!
4. Photos & prints
A sneak peek will be sent through to you in the first 24 to 48 hours post shoot. The full online gallery will be supplied approximately three weeks later.
